At BloxCart we prioritize customer satisfaction with a simple, transparent refund policy designed to benefit our customers.

Policy details

  1. Refund eligibility

    A refund can be requested only while an order is still unclaimed.

  2. Time frame

    Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of purchase. If an order stays unclaimed for 48 hours it is refunded automatically under our delivery guarantee.

  3. Non-returnable items

    Once an item has been claimed it becomes non-refundable and non-exchangeable, because delivery is automated and cannot be reversed.

  4. Processing time

    Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 days of the request. Your bank may need additional time before the refund appears on your statement.

  5. Policy abuse

    We reserve the right to refuse a refund where we have reason to suspect abuse of this policy.

Delivery guarantee

Orders are delivered within 48 hours. If we fail to deliver inside that window, the order is refunded automatically.
