Choose a game, add an item to your cart, and finish checkout. Your order will include the steps for receiving the item in Roblox.

Yes. Payment happens on a secure checkout page. BloxCart does not collect your card details on product pages.

Check the Games page for the latest list. If a game is shown there with items for sale, it is currently supported.

Open your order and follow the instructions for that game. You may need to join a server or complete an in-game trade.

Most orders are delivered within 5 minutes. Across recent orders our median delivery time is 2m 14s, with 81% delivered inside 5 minutes and 96% within 30 minutes. A few games need an extra claim step, so check your order instructions for the exact process.

Check the Roblox username and game on your order, then try the instructions again. If the item is still missing, contact support with your order details.
Safety and refundsWill BloxCart ever ask for my Roblox password?
No. You never need to share your Roblox password to buy or receive an item. Stop and contact support if anyone asks for it.

It depends on the order and whether the item has already been delivered. Send your order details to support and the team will check it against the refund policy.
Safety and refundsCan I trade an item after receiving it?
Yes, in most cases. If we delivered your item through an in-game trade, it is a normal tradable item and you can trade it onwards just like anything else in your inventory. Some games add their own limits, such as trade cooldowns, so check the game's rules if you are unsure.
