Refund Policy

Timeframe:
You have 7 days from the time of purchase to request a refund. After 7 days, we are unable to offer a refund.
Claiming the Product:
Refunds are only available for customers who have not claimed the product through our claim system. If you have claimed any product, you are not eligible for a refund.
Processing Time:
Refunds will be processed within 3-7 days after we receive your request. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we suspect abuse of our refund policy. If you have any questions or concerns about our refund policy, please contact our customer service team for assistance. Additionally, we do not allow for any disputes of transactions. This policy is in place to ensure a fair and honest exchange between our customers and our company. By signing this policy when placing an order you agree that you are the cardholder/have permission from the cardholder to make this purchase.
