Requests for refunds must be made within 48 hours of purchase. If an order remains unclaimed for 48 hours, it will be automatically refunded according to our delivery guarantee.

Once an item is claimed, it becomes non-refundable and non-exchangeable due to the automated nature of our delivery system.
Processing Time:
Refunds will be processed within 3-7 days after the request is received. Note that additional time may be required for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
